New clients and those who have not had their curls coloured with us in the past six months will require a patch test at least 48 hours prior to their appointment. Visit the salon or request a free at-home test kit by emailing saloncare@trepadora.com.
Do you accept cash payments?
No, we do not accept cash payments. we only accept debit or credit cards.
Are children allowed in the salon?
Children under the age of 13 are welcome in the curly salon for a Trepadora Kids Curl Cut & Style provided that their booking is made and accompanied by a parent/guardian.
Please note If a child is attending the salon to accompany their parent/guardian's appointment, we kindly request you book our VIP private studio to ensure our other salon guests are not disturbed. Please contact us if you have any further questions. We will always try to be flexible on a case by case basis.

Can I buy an E-gift card?
If you wish to treat a loved one to a salon service or to purchase products in-store please order the Maidenhead salon E-gift card.
⚠︎ The Maidenhead salon E-gift card is not valid for online product purchases. We have a separate E-gift card that is for online purchases which is not accepted in the Maidenhead salon.

Maidenhead is the closest train station (3 miles away). We recommend booking a taxi from Maidenhead station to and from Trepadora curly salon. The bus connection is infrequent and unreliable.
What is the cancellation policy?
We require a 50% deposit to confirm your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable, you can reschedule your appointment and your deposit will be transferred over to your future booking.
In unavoidable circumstances, we may need to rearrange or cancel your booking. In such circumstances, we will liaise with you to arrange a new appointment at a convenient time.
